Regent Theatre Redevelopment
One of Dunedin’s most loved buildings, this project involved the complete redevelopment and restoration of the 1930’s theatre. The highly serviced project was extremely challenging and required expertise in heritage work and theatre design, all under tight deadlines. The new work included a new stage and flying system, a raised flytower, modified orchestra pit, new back-of-house facilities, and general restoration of the auditorium. The project won a national award.
