West Otago Health & Ribbonwood Country Home

Located in Tapanui, this is a combined medical centre and aged care facility. We worked closely with the clients to provide a building which has become the heart of the local community. The medical centre houses doctors, a physiotherapist and a triage area, plus a helipad for links to Dunedin Hospital. The rest home has 19 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living spaces, and staff facilities. The facility won the award for “Best Small Operator” in the 2025 Aged Care Association awards.
