Arana College – Leith Heights

This new 5-storey accommodation building provided 57 bedrooms and associated living spaces for students at the University of Otago.  The design created “pods” of 6-8 bedrooms, living space and bathrooms, to prepare residents for the transition from a hall residence to flatting. The building won a national award.
