Selwyn College – Whitehead Building

Selwyn College’s Whitehead student accommodation building was built in 1891, and is one of the iconic buildings of the University of Otago. This project included earthquake strengthening and other compliance upgrades, a new roof and a much-needed refurbishment of the building's dated and tired interior. 10 new bedrooms were also created within the existing roof space to improve the economic viability of the project.
