Network Waitaki – Administration Building

Currently unbuilt, we worked closely with Network Waitaki to design a two-storey administration building for their Oamaru staff (approx. 80). The building housed the primary Control Room for their electricity network, and was designed to IL5 standard so that it would remain standing in the event of an earthquake.
